We had so much fun serving and singing and solving the murder. Those of you who keep checking to see if I've put up video/pics from Friday...it's taking a little longer than normal because editing that much video and finding a way to upload it has had some unexpected challenges. Video will trickle in over the next few days as I will HAVE to put in pieces on You Tube.
The pieces are titled "Backstage at Broadway, pt 1" etc. On the little thing on the side bar, they will be in backwards order, so to see it in order:
To see the first nine minutes of the show...CLICK HERE. (Songs include "We Must Be out of Our Minds" by J.C. Patterson, sung by the company, and Karaoke-style "Popular" by the "aging" Diva Maria Du Jour.
To see Part 2, which is the next nine minutes or so: CLICK HERE. (Diva Maria da Wannabe & Mr. Maria du Jour make a splash in a flashback of "The Song that Goes Like This" from Spam a lot)
To see Part 3, CLICK HERE. (The company answers the question "Drawdown? Is that like a Wild West Showdown???" in J.C.'s "Drawdown" and Dewitt and da Wannabe flashback to their Tulsa Community College rendition of "What is This Feeling?")
To see Part 4, CLICK HERE (In part four, the ghostly Diva du Jour asks "Whatever Happened to My Part" and there is a shot in the dark!!!!! Who killed da Wannabe?)
To see Part 5, CLICK HERE. (J.C. Pattrerson's "Singing in Rome" and the final WHO DUNNIT of the show)
To see Part 6, the FINALE, CLICK HERE. (Ms. C worries that there is NO way we can raise this much money and make it to Rome together...but the cast reassures her with "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" ala Dead girls and dude)
As I get more uploaded, I'll add the links. Sorry for the hassles, but trust me, it has been worse for me, as I have some sort of strange video encoding on my camera that makes conventional, easy uploading a chore. *sigh*
Thank you so much to EVERYONE who helped us make the evening such an amazing success.
Thank you to Lizzie whose generosity will make it possible for us to pay the first payment for Rome!!!!
We are looking forward now...Chicago. Cow Chip Bingo. The next payment. This one was $3000. The next one is $6750. So, when you start seeing cow signs...tell your friends. This one will be a hoot and a half. The payment's due on October 1st, so we'll probably try to shoot for latter September as a date with the cow.

God Bless all of you, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will see you all on Saturday, June 13th for the Mass at the Feast of Corpus Christi!!! Look forward to the Latin Mass parts we will be singing in Rome. I'll post the Latin & the chants here in PDF form if you want to get ahead. There will be recordings, too, so if you want to sing like they sing in St. Peter's...you can join in!!
